British tourists will not have to undergo a quarantine on their return to the United Kingdom if they visit countries classified as “least risky”, including Spain, as well as other countries in the European environment such as Italy, France and Germany, since next Friday, has Transport Secretary Grant Shapps announced, “Passengers returning to or visiting the United Kingdom from certain destinations will no longer need to be isolated upon arrival from 10 July,” Shapps reported.
Conversely, people who want to enter the UK after visiting a territory not included in the classification in the last 14 days will have to isolate themselves and provide their contact details upon arrival.
